This may be me being superficial, but I think whatever type of chocolate cake is chosen should be done justice with some quality photography. I can still remember my disappointment when the last book came out. There was a murky quality to all the photos worthy of Family Circle in about 1972. People do eat with their eyes, especially when reading a book on baking.
